"I was picking up an order next door and it really broke my heart to see the supervising adult close a child's finger in the desk gate the. Yell at said child like it wasn't a 2 yr old absolutely a travesty your kids are safer in your own hands not this place"

"First I wanna start off by saying this daycare is a joke. May 7th was last draw… What they have done has been bothering me every since…. False documented paperwork that my 9month child bring home, did not give my child her medication (breathing treatment). I could tell my poor baby was uncomfortable…My kids nose was runny everyday i picked them up…Always left my son shoes untied…. This was their first time ever attending daycare & horrible experience… No i will not recommend this daycare to no one."

"My daughter loves this daycare! Igo in early and leave late she wants to play with all the teacher and all the toys in the hallway. She gets so happy when we enter the building, she doesn't want to leave. Good environment for your infant and kids."

"Beware. Issue #1. I enrolled my son here for 5 wks. May-June 2017. At first I was told I could come visit as often as needed as I was a first time mom and this was very hard for me to leave my son when returning to work. The first week went well. The second week started off rough. I went to visit and walked in the center to hear my son screaming and crying from the other end of the building, behind closed doors. I walked into the infant room with no staff visible. I quickly got to my sons crib to see him laying in a pool of tears that had his head, neck, back, clothes, and crib sheets wet. I scooped him and went in search of the staff. I located them in the infant play area hiding out of sight with their faces in the cellphones. There were 12 infants under 12 mos in the room. Some crying, fussy, and sleeping. I checked and my sons diaper was fully loaded as well with #1. So changed it for him. My goodness, it had only been and hour and a half and he was going through this. How sad. There went my trust. There went me trying to not come and visit as often and trust they were doing right by my son. Issue 2. Cecilia the office manager. Shortly after mothers day a family member offered to watch my son for the summer. What a blessing. The next week and first time I saw Cecilia that week I made it a point to let her know of my plan for the summer. She reassured and guaranteed that it would not be a problem to return in Sept. I asked if I should go on a waiting list. She said no. I asked if I could pay for the 2017-2018 Fall registration fee then and she told me to wait as she may be offering an early bird special of $35 in Aug. I gave 3 plus weeks notice of our departure. The last week we were in attendance I stopped by her office 3 x to make sure all was well so there would not be any surprises come Fall. Again, she reassured me all was well. I called twice in June, 4x in July, and once in Aug. Each time I was told Cecilia would call me back after talking with the infant 1 staff about who was moving up to infant 2 room. There was 8 slots of shifting around from June to Sept and my sons slot was an opening then too. Today, 8.3.17, Cecilia calls not even me, but my husband to let him know the center is full! Are you kidding me. The lies for months and the stringing us along to let us know they're full. Seriously. Terrible manager and terrible center."

"They don't include the hours. How hard is it to post what days of the week and what hours of each day they are open and when they close ????? I have lost count on how many blogs I have looked at but NO hours. Get it together people. If you are going to run a business, isn't providing hours of operation an essential part of the customer? It is to me!!! This one didn't even have any thing other than information on each of the stages of their childcare and contact information. Their website looked like it was not completed."
