"First year of school ever for my pre-k kiddo. KinderCare has been informative, empathetic, and easy to work with every step of the way. We've seen vast improvements in our child's social skills, which was the most important factor for enrolling her as an only child, especially after growing up through covid lockdown time. At first, she was painfully shy and crying upon drop-off, she now runs to play with her buddies, and doesn't even look back some days, haha. The instructors are incredible and have wonderful patience with these kiddos, same with the Director. Our child said she wants to be a teacher someday (she has great role models.) If you're questioning whether to enroll, definitely make an appointment to speak to them, you'll see how good of an investment it is."

"I don’t even know where to begin except be utterly grateful to the teachers and staff there. Leaving your little baby in the hands of others is a scary thought, but it is something that my wife and I had to do since we work crazy hours. The staff and teachers are wonderful. They are always willing to work with you and understand the nuances of being a first time parents. We had no family here in Canton Ohio and this was the only option for us. Looking back at the past 2 years with our daughter being a Kindercare child, we would probably still put her in daycare (especially this one) to facilitate learning and development. The amount of growth, both socially and cognitively that our little one has had over the past two years is immense - well beyond the normal early childhood development. I owe that development to this office staff and the teachers. They are wonderful, caring, kind, compassionate and patient. We will forever be indebted to the teachers and staff at kindercare for their care of Noelle. We are unfortunately moving out of state. We will miss every one of you. "The staff at KinderCare has been so gracious and helpful to our family! Not only do they genuinely care about the children and their families, but they also go above and beyond to accommodate as best they can. When we were pregnant, we committed to sending our child to KinderCare, but upon his birth we found out that he had many special medical needs, including being fed via g-tube. Brandi, Carrie, and the rest of their staff did not hesitate to troubleshoot with us and make sure we could still send our son there. We are so thankful for them and that our son gets to have the same experiences as other children his age!"
