"It's a good arena, I've seen several Cleveland State and Cleveland Charge games here, never had an issue. It's nice that they have the south parking garage next to it to make it easy to get in and out."
"We attended a Cleveland charge game but were there to represent the foundation fighting blindness and we had a table out in the concession area. The staff was very helpful. They had a table already for us, brought over chairs and escorted me down to the court when they introduced us and talked about the foundation. Since I am legally blind they made sure I had escort and took me down the elevator and took me back up. They even found me a Band-Aid when I cut my finger! Very nice helpful staff.h"
"The staff was great, very polite. Except the lady at the food stand - she gave the wrong drink - twice. She was very rude about everything. She got upset that we paid cash. The food order was wrong, just not a great experience for my first time being here. Another downside is that there are no cup holders. An easy fix would be to attach one to the back of the seat. The game itself was a lot of fun and had a great time!"
"Went there for a Cirque du Soleil show. This place is amazing, and can easily host big events. Will go back again if we get a chance."
"Had a great first experience. Me and the hubby have been on a date every month and we were blessed with tickets to the game. We were in line for maybe 15mins before the doors were opened and we were let in. Very convenient parking, easy on the knees. Then to top it off we were up on the big screen and met new friends, happy day. Definitely will return with the family next time!"
