"We had a time here. It’s plenty to do here and the staff were nice. I did not appreciate the fact that the host at the front did not inform us of the Sunday deal which include 4- 1 hour play cards, food and some other things for about 70 bucks and I spent 80 on 2 cards with a couple hundred points on each and each game was several points to play. We also bought food. We spoke to the manager and he was very helpful. He at-least got us play cards and chicken wings. Also the play hourly play cards only work on select games. One other small but big thing was the drink miscommunication, I saw a cute bowling pin cup and the waitress said I can fill it with soda, slushy etc. she failed to mention that it was extra so I spent over 15 bucks on maybe 12oz of slushy. These are thing I feel that people should know when visiting. I would go back again with a plan."

"We had a group of 5. Friday night. Long waits at the bar. One of your bartenders needs much more training. An old fashioned and manhattan should be easy drinks. They weren't. The other bar was fine but slow. The bowling alley employees couldnt/didn't fix our lane when it wouldn't reset, so we lost 15 minutes waiting on nothing. We ate elsewhere."

"The food was great! The staff (bartender) was very friendly and kind to us. The games all worked perfect no issues. Highly recommended!"

"One star is too much for this place. I called to ask about the special and was told 15 dollars unlimited play up to 3 kids. When I arrived the young lady knew nothing about it. She did someone to help who basically said I could not have spoke to someone because he was the only one there. I showed him the call that occurred about 818am with no response! He did try to help me buy a plan for 60 but you don’t get any tickets and some games are excluded! The man this morning said you do get tickets. Who do I believe!!! The man present when we arrived said I have to create a local flavor account which is not true based on the website, so after much disappointment we left!! Know your business!!! Give the customer correct info!! Didnt care they lost a customer! Don’t go there. Not in it for the fun"

"All night I only saw 4 people working including the guy bussing tables. The manager is rolling his eyes at customers and not helping his coworkers, just reading numbers. Even a coworker told him to shut up and do his job. Posting a picture so you know who I’m talking about. The coworkers were amazing but they will leave if the manager stays. The customer in the photo was being awful to the staff and his family, but the manager was like this all night. This review was for Sunday Sept 3rd. Busiest night of the year and your management did not have a care in the world. And y’all ran out of food. Drinks took over 30 minutes to get."
