"I went to the store with my family. In my cart was 5 items, went to self checkout scanned all items. Everything was fine until I went to type I my number, the screen went away. So I called for a team member. The lady came up and said I could only scan a barcode from my wallet. I said my phone died. Ived always just typed my number,, I did it this week no problem. She had an attitude and was rude , so I left the bag and just took my cart. Loudly she accused me of stealing. I never took an item out the store; my purse is clear and I don't steal. Overall won't come to this location again."

"This place is clean and usually well organized. Decent location situated at the Pavilion in NKY. They offer usual stuff that most Targets have to offer including groceries. Service is fine when needed. They only have a few self checkout counters and would like to see more because at times they get backed up."

"Doesn't honor their sales and prices marked on the shelf. Spent $102 on toys, was supposed to get $25 off . It only offers ten and cashier wouldn't do anything. Says i can only pick one or the other. Clearly i want the $25 i was entitled to. Well target has lost another customer. Left my entire cart and am heading elsewhere as we speak. Will also be filing a report with the AG's office. Bait and switch at the register is frowned upon. Enough complaints maybe they'll be the next dollar general. Happy holidays."

"I was shopping for groceries and some other stuff and everything was fine until I had to make a return at the service desk and the person helping me was very polite and patient with me. Then one of the managers named mark came up and yelled at her for not helping and then told me to leave and said “bye thanks for coming” that was very disrespectful and i’m very disappointed with his behavior towards a guest!"

"This is my go-to Target. Might be a Kentucky thing, but they know how to keep a nice store, stocked shelves, kind employees. ..... it was kinda crazy with the hustle & bustle of post black Friday shopping deals. But ... still , things were smooth. I was happy to have knowledgeable staff in the tech department answer questions about really old tech & equipment. The discount racks are sort of small, but thats for all Targets it seems. THIS particular location had a good one. Was able to score a good collared summer shirt for abit 4$. So goodie for me."
