Ten Pin Alley

"I ordered a takeout. Arrived to the restaurant and walked towards the bar where I saw the pizza oven next to it. Bartender knows I am at the end of the bar but decides to ignore me and continue his conversation with a supplier I assume. I wait for about 2 or so minutes and he never acknowledges me standing there looking at him for service. I walked to the front counter and a nice young lady asked if I needed help. I then received my pizza and expressed my experience to a different young man/ cashier. He came off extremely rude and as if he could give 2 fs. I then said that he seemed like the bartender. He responds by saying. "I guess so", and quickly walks away to end the conversation. Pizza is good at least."

"I have never experienced more rude customer service. My husband and I both tried to call and make reservations per their 48 hours ahead of time rule. We left multiple voicemails. No one ever called us back. We also submitted the online form. When I finally got someone to pick up a phone she very snotty told me they had no reservation submissions for us and tough luck. So sad this is the way people treat others now."
