"Had reservation for dinner. Was seated at our table right away. Waitress was very nice. Ordered appetizers came a few minutes later. The dinner itself didn't arrive until 45-1 hour later. When it came, the steak was cold and tough, and the fish was slightly cold. No one was in our area except 2 other tables. I understand it was busy and all, but to serve food not really hot is not acceptable considering it was expensive."

"Takeout - Jan 2024 - simple salmon césar - been told "had" to try. In comparison - they do a better job of packing the meal - but food wise - it's on par with the rest of the chains (Texas RH having the best). Would visit again. Takeout area is decent - just a ways from where everyone is..."

"We waited 15 minutes for a table, there were plenty open. We ordered drinks and appetizers, of which the drink was made incorrectly not once but twice. (The picture is supposed to be an amaretto sour) We received one appetizer after 15 minutes and the other after another 20 minutes. Our food took an hour + to come out and was cold, not correct and two of our kids meals weren’t delivered. Never once seen a manager on shift and not once did a manager stop by our table. We ended up boxing everything up, paying and leaving because who sits at red lobster for 3 hours? My husband, one of my children and I were up all night puking. We figured it was because we all 3 had the shrimp. I called first thing the next day and spoke with a manager; Heather. She said she would relay this to their general manager. She had me recite everything we ordered, what table we were at, who our server was, everything. I waited 3-4 days and called again, since I never received a call. I spoke with the GM that time, and he said he knew nothing about it. I explained the entire situation to him, and he said they would refund my card and it would take 7-10 business days dependent on our bank. Three weeks later and nothing. So I called and spoke to Heather again, who was completely unprofessional and condescending. She told me her manager never offered a refund and I’m fact make a joke her GM wasn’t doing it. She claimed that it was my fault because we didn’t tell a manager during our visit, which had we even seen one walking around we would have. However, I saw two female servers and a bartender and that was it. I asked her for the corporate number and she said have a nice day and hung up on me. Not only did we have a horrible experience at red lobster, we then didn’t get to enjoy my daughters birthday trip at Great Wolf Lodge because of being food poisoned from uncooked food. I would highly recommend choosing to dine elsewhere, as the managers are unprofessional, food is mediocre and the time is completely inappropriate for this type of restaurant."

"Haven't been in years! Experience wad awesome, staff and food were great! Very friendly considering they were short staff. Felt bad for the bar tender who was being yelled at by a customer, and despite that, they were still friendly and pleasant. Didn't take pics of everything, but I highly recommend the cheesy crab fries."
