"The merchandise in this store is not too bad. There is a fairly big selection of clothing and household items. The price is fair and if you happened to find some clothing or shoes in your size, it’s a great deal. However, the service is bad. There are frequently long lines at the registers. I had a horrible experience last night! I found out yesterday morning that the piece of security plastic wasn’t taken off by the register two days ago when I checked out. So I went in last night and asked them to take it off. The lady whose name is Michelle blatantly told me that even if I paid for it, without a receipt they couldn’t do anything. I was shocked. I’m not trying to return or replace the shoes, for which you may need a receipt. I’m simply in h asking them to correct their staff’s mistake of not taking it off in the first place! Here I am wasting my time and gas money to drive 50 mins back and forth to get it off. The sticker was even still on the shoe and I don’t know why they can’t scan the barcode and see that I paid for it! Finally, I suggested looking at farmers recording and I told them the exact time and the register number that I checked out. And boom, they found it! I do not work for the store, I am a paying customer, and I had to go out of my ways to suggest ways to help them solve customer problems. The whole time, Michelle’s attitude was like I don’t want to help you, what can you do? Well, I’m also going to report to corporate their attitude. Simply unacceptable and infuriating!!!!"
