"So far my wife and I have had a terrible time communicating with this company. The website is atrocious, the automated phone line is absolutely ridiculous. If you call make sure you add 5-10 minutes just to get through it to actually talk to someone. It is sad this is a company our company utilizes. We just had our first kid, having to go through them for it. They have had the proof of birth since the day after she was born. But stated it came in on a Thursday. Apparently they don't review paperwork until they feel fit to do so. Nice to know we send in paperwork in a timely manner just to go without pay because they are just sitting on it. 0 out of any number of stars."
"Denied FMLA for my dying father until after he passed. The worst company on the face of the earth. Hope a 9/11 type incident befalls them."
"Awful company, worse employees. Stead clear from Steven E, Angela M and there was one more that was the worst. Angela lies so much that she was getting caught in her own lies. Managers suck, awful customer service, terrible employees. The employees making decisions on your case and payment has no medical or financial background yet makes life decisions for other people. AWFUL company, there’s a law suit and I would suggest if they wronged you that you join the lawsuit."

Dealing with them concerning my short term disability on top of having the health issues, loss of pay and many doctor bills this place was so awful to deal with they never had the same answer and I had the worse time receiving my money. Because of them I got behind on everything and instead of dealing with my health issue smoothly I stressed the entire time on how I was going to pay for everything they are horrible"
