"I pulled up to the drive-through order when ready it wasn’t 15 seconds I was deciding what to order and again order when ready very short and in a hurry to get me through when no one else was waiting in line and then when I get to the window less than a minute I ordered chicken basket pretzels, no bread, hands bread out soaked with butter on top of the meal old chicken fries, dripping with grease that was old and pretzels that was microwaved and tough and had not been on the highway. I would’ve turned right around and got my $15 back. It was disgusting let alone the attitude of handing it through the window, one hand, not even looking at me Service with a smile not here ."

"I ordered the two double cheeseburgers and a large diet Pepsi. The burgers had everything I requested and the soda has just enough ice not like other fast food with a full cup of ice ."

"Something happened this time. The hamburger and the fries were not as hot as they had been other times I was there. Even the bun was dry. I will give them one more time before I think about going back"

"Well, their food is always hot/fresh, but bad service most times. I stopped in to get a 4 piece basket, got 2 and a half chicken strips. Those are way too expensive to be getting only 2 and a half pieces of chicken.Other than that haven’t had issues, just need to work on accuracy/ basic math."

"Just stopped in for a shake break. Grabbed two shake, the staff was having having problems with the ice cream machine but got it going quickly. Shakes were great."
