"Owned and run by a father son duo, it is obvious they are both doing what they love and doing it together. Conrad quit his lawyer gig to start this business and spend time with his father. Both are truly a class act. I have frequented this business and have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. Oh, did I mention they also really know what are doing working on and selling bikes? I have purchased gear at Creekside Cyclery, bicycles and had repairs accomplished. "Wonderful people. Conrad and Mike are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and taking care of their customers is clearly a top priority for them. I have an older Schwinn bicycle that had a rear axle missing ball bearings. These gentlemen diagnosed that not only did the axle need re-fitted, but the rim was also bent and spokes were bad, so they were able to give me a whole NEW wheel at a much lower cost than repairing the old one. They also found that the flywheel was deteriorating and the back brakes needed replaced, so they replaced those at a great discount price since they themselves were able to purchase those parts at a lower price, which shows great integrity on their part. They even took time to put bike up on a rack and explain the repairs and show the difference the repairs made! My bike runs good as new for a minimal price, with genuine, caring customer service to go with it! I'm super happy to have my bike back running smoothly! I'm sure you'll be happy doing business with them, too! Visit them at their new convenient location next to the bike path!"
