"I've been shopping at this location for years !! Recently the store manager was very rude to me due to a return that was cash back with a receipt . Had major attitude and wanted to give me a store credit . Then another time I was checking out applying discounts the same discounts I use everytime . I price match and use the 10% off from the receipt survey and Taylor at the Greene didn't no how to do it so she got a manager then proceeded to roll her eyes as she seemed so annoyed. Those 2 employees are awful. I do really enjoy April and Marlo they are what customer service is about and really show pride in their work and are always happy to help and so kind . Will no longer be visiting this store due to the rude annoyed unpleasant employees, and good luck making a complaint to upper management . The district manager does NOT return calls or address complaints whatsoever."

"I was able to find myself a few new clothes that actually fit me. It's been a long time since I could afford some new clothes. Definitely check out their huge clearance section, they had tons of stuff."

"We went to return product, the person handling the transaction said she was the manager yet had issues finding items from a web order. This isn't the first time that the person handling the transaction had issues with parts of the transaction, sounds like a lack of training. She left us hanging in the middle of the transaction to get the backdoor, there was another associate working who could have handled that and not left us in the middle of the transaction. Poor customer service! Wouldn't return an item because it had been washed and had a defect, the defect in the item didn't appear until being washed. A company that cares about their customers would accommodate their customer and stand behind their product. Torrid, apparently not! Not impressed with this location, would not recommend."

"the workers at the Fairfield mall are ever so nice, but at the Greene, not. There is one worker that every time I order to be delivered at the store, she is a rude and mean person. Every time I go there. I'm not using this location anymore. I took some clothes did not fit me, she said could not help me .I went to the Fairfield mall, and they gave me a store credit. so, the person at the Greene shouldn't be working with the public at all. She looks very annoyed every time a costumer goes inside the store. she should be at home sleeping. imagine if everyone treated the public the way she does? all stores would be closing."
