The sales clerks were very kind, helpful, and patient in that she still loves to shop, but doesn't get out much anymore, and cherishes the times she is able to. It means the world to her.....giving her the hope of independence."
"Super rude to my wife.....she exited the fitting room with a few things she had tried on and walked over to me to discuss. The rude clerk said "so you want these" and my wife started to say no....and she grabbed them and walked away before she could even finish and say no, I am still thinking about it ....they just lost a sale...."
"I contacted JJill yesterday to make an appointment for shopping. It would’ve been my aunt, myself, and my 92-year-old grandmother. At first they were going to allow the four of us in the store for one hour. Upon talking to the sales associate she told me that her boss said that they weren’t really allowed to have four people in the store at the same time. I understand during these times that rules are rules. She said that they would make an exception, and put me on hold. Then when she came back to the phone she went on to tell me that if we really weren’t going to be trying on clothes or purchasing anything that they really couldn’t have anybody just coming in and hanging out. Really? I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at JJill… This certainly was not the level of service I expected! Come on guys get a grip."
