"Overall we had a pretty great experience. The staff was helpful and prompt. And they have a really large selection of pieces that you can paint. My only criticism would be that they need better paint brushes. It's pretty difficult to paint the fine details and smaller areas when all of the paint brushes are large/old/ matted and messed up."

"My mother and I usually have a good time here, but today was bad. We went in hoping to take some pieces home and I had to repeat myself more than once that I wanted to take my piece home to paint, as the employees kept trying to take my piece from me thinking I wanted to paint there. My mother than asked if a piece could be held for her and was told no that they no longer hold pieces, when we have had them hold pieces in the past. Only good experience was the pieces that were showcased for today."
