"The employees never greeted me or asked if I needed help. For a newer store, this place is tore up. Product not put away all over the floor along with discarded boxes stored in the aisles. Place is a real mess."
"Every time that I visit this store I have a great experience the manager or assistant I'm not sure what her title is but she always greets me and other costumes and ask I there is any help finding items. BUT ... I do have a complaint she needs more help to keep this store running smoothly some of the other employees there are not a great fit for costumes services employment she can only do so much!"

"Went to the store twice between 9pm and 9:30pm, sign says open till 10pm. Both times people were inside and doors are locked! Tried calling the store and the phone constantly rings busy. There was a guy in the parking lot that had just walked out and said there's 2 girls working in there both were on their phones the whole time and took 10 minutes to check him out!"
