"Wish I could give a 0 star review. My husband went to see Dr. Guay for a growth inside his nose. The first visit went as followed... yes you have a growth in your nose that needs to be removed. Let's do some blood work to check your immunity before surgery because because you have to go under general anesthesia to have it removed. Oh and let's do a CT scan to check your sinuses while we're at it. Results came back CT showed infection/inflammation let's put you on 3 weeks of antibiotics. Blood work came back... oh you're immunocompromised. Let's refer you to a immunologist because you need these vaccines before I'll do surgery. 8 months later we get into immunologist and was told he's not immunocompromised at all he doesn't need these vaccines. The immunologist said the vaccines he said were needed were vaccines that are given as a baby so his levels and anyone's levels would be low. I think maybe there's some kickback here in some way. Got a second ENT referral from primary care doctor. 2 weeks later got into new ENT. First appointment doctor said let's remove it and removed it in the office with numbing shot and didn't need general anesthesia at the first appointment. 2075 healthcare drive Avon has a way better ENT who listens and cares about what you have to say about your own health."

"I am so grateful for Dr. Guay and his team. I was referred to his practice to address adult tonsillar issues, but I was warned that there's a fair chance I may be turned away if my concerns weren't considered serious enough to my health. Not only did he listen to me, he took my issues seriously and he was more than willing to help. The office/scheduling staff is all so friendly, informative and super responsive. Fast forward a month and I've fully healed from a successful tonsillectomy and my quality of life has so significantly improved. At my follow up I couldn't thank him enough for what he's done so he threw his arms out and I gave him a bear hug. "I saw Dr Guay about 7 months ago for my now 9 month old. He was already a half hour behind and came in and pretty much dismissed my concern about my newborns lip tie, spent maybe 5 minutes with me and spent more time talking about his prior client having cancer. Not very professional. And now my newborn will need surgery for his lip tie cause he has a big gap just like I told him would happen since it happened to my first born as well. Very disappointed."

"I was referred to Dr. Guay after discovering a lump in my neck. He was very thorough in checking it out. Went for a CT scan and was scheduled for surgery to have it removed and biopsied. There was a huge risk with the surgery due to the location of the lymph node, and I was running the risk of never being able to smile again or pucker my lips because it was located right on a major nerve. I was hesitant to have the surgery due to this but ultimately decided to go through with it. He did a great job. I can smile perfectly, the biopsy was negative for cancer, and he believes 100% that the scar will fade and be unnoticeable. I would recommend him to anyone."

"This was my first appointment with Dr. Marc Guay. It was a great experience. Like most patients who see a throat specialist, there was a great deal of anxiety surrounding the visit. In fact, I considered canceling the appointment a number of times. I am happy to say Dr. Guay did not disappoint. He asked probing questions, got to the root of the issue, and gave a proper diagnosis backed up with a solid treatment plan. Only time will tell as far as improvement goes, but I am happy I went . If nothing else, my anxiety has been alleviated since we now have a plan. Thank you Dr. Guay!"
