"I was 10 minutes late & half the time I was lost in the building & I had to reschedule. Then to make matters even worse- the receptionist was snide and condescending about it. She said “you were supposed to sign the attendance policy “, yea I would’ve, if i could’ve found the right suite. I’m not from this area & I’m not familiar with much nearby."
"This place has the worst service. I came in for a wrists problem and the doctor seems nice and refer me to a therapy. The doctor’s plan for my wrists was opposite to the therapist plan. The communication is horrible. The therapist just put tape on my wrists and scheduled me to come back. I was still in pain so I went to other place to seek help and solved my problem completely. I canceled my future appointments with UH and they called me the next day of the appointments saying I didn’t showed up in my appointments! Horrible communication. I also called the customer service for some billing questions and they are as bad as the service. I felt like I was an inconvenience for inquiring. P.S. their service is outrageously expensive even with good insurance."
"The Doctors don't seem to be bad but this has to be the poorest run medical office I have ever encountered. Nobody wants to be helpful everything is someone else's job and the staff could care less what happens to you. If you don't know what's going on they definitely are not going to explain it to you. We asked a bout a Dr note to return to work and she said well there isn't one here what do you want me to do."
"I’ve been going here for over 5 years seeing Dr. Parikh he’s always been very respectful and nice and so has his staff until the last 6 months or so it totally changed. The staff is VERY unprofessional, immature, childish and disturbing. The last few visits has been worse then sitting in a court house! Thought maybe at first it was because they were young or what not until I went back today and seen it’s nothing but worse! I am highly recommending switching doctors just because of this issue. I don’t know where they found these employees at but they need to send them right back where they got them from before someone catches a case up in there!"
