"Messaged my team Friday, followed up same day and came in Monday for work to be done. In and out front desk was helpful, and all other team members are attentive to efficiency and timeliness."

"I love this VA Clinic being here in Sheffield right down the street from my house. The think I do not like is they built this nice new VA and didn’t put a pharmacy in. That was just stupid. So now when your sick and need medication they have to mail it to you so you get your meds a week later. I hat good is that. You need the meds now not later. It was nice when Lorain had the VA and you leave appt and go right over and get your meds. Parma had a pharmacy so why not the Lorain County VA. Need to add a Pharmacy! So instead of having a pharmacy my Med is coming from Arizona what sense does that make!??"

"I used to have in person appointments for mental health and the last 2 I showed for I found out were cancelled when I got there. I had no want to keep showing up at that point. Well now I need a medication refill that I cant get until I see a provider so I made a video call appointment. Well it was at 1100 and its currently 5 after. For the last 15mins I've been calling the VA to obtain this web link. The first MA cuts me off mid sentence asking if I'm "calling to cancel, reschedule, or not showing up to the appointment". Well no I'm just trying to get a link to the video call I replied. OK let me transfer you to her. It was voice mail.... I left a voice mail called back to try and get her on the phone a second time. More voice mail... Yall wonder why people kill themselves and have run in with cops holding firearms. After finishing this story its 1115 and Still no response or information..."
