"Refused to take a kid in who threatened to stab not only me but her siblings. Was at school hurting her self telling teachers she was gonna kill herself. They have no standards and are responsible for any actions since they refused to admit her. Saying she wasn’t an immediate risk. Cincinnati children’s should loose any and all public funding."

"I seriously wish I could give 0 stars. My granddaughter was there for approximately a week with MRI, CT Scan, and Ultrasounds plus blood work and stool sample but still can’t figure out why she was vomiting and couldn’t eat with pain in upper right quadrant of stomach. Flushed her system out with still barely any relief. So they give her meds and send her on her way because they got it “manageable”. Seriously!! She’s still in pain and appetite is not what it was and the day of release she slept 15 hours!! Was at ER twice that week in excruciating pain, gave her morphine and Valium then sent her home because they didn’t know what caused it. Pass the buck for someone else! I would NEVER recommend Children’s hospital, particularly the Clifton location."

"My son had bad cut in his knee. We drove an hour and half to children’s as this was recommended by our local urgent care for stitches. After 3 hours of waiting I asked the lady next to me how long she had been waiting. She stated 5 hours. Her daughter had a seizure, obvious broken nose and possible concussion. At this point we decided to leave as my son was not getting the treatment needed neither was kids that had more severe injuries. We called around and found urgent care that was able to treat my son. Within an hour of arriving urgent care he received the stitches he needed! I would rate zero stars but that was not an option!"

"Ended up leaving after 9 hours with no answers after being seen. My 15 month old son is still having high fevers, now diarrhea & a cough with no plan of treatment. Not to mention the nurse from triage took an inaccurate temperature & said that he was normal at 99 when he actually had a fever of 102.8 & he had to be swabbed for flu twice because the lab tech was careless & ran his first swab for strep instead of flu. The nurse & the doctors were super nice & helpful but had I been back there in a timely matter, I probably would’ve had them run more tests. I will never take either of my children back there & do not recommend to anyone. There was people who got there after us that got seen and discharged before us with children that were in better shape than my son, not to mention, you’re better off signing in on the Urgent Care side to be seen before Emergency or just signing up on the app & choosing your time. Again, the doctors & nurses were great but the procedures in which things are done causes unnecessary wait times & extreme frustration. They need to do better & be better because there is absolutely no reason that CHILDREN are sick & miserable in the waiting room for SIX or MORE hours."

"The absolute greatest pediatric hospital in the world. You won't find better care for your child anywhere else. Nicest staff. Cleanest environment. Wouldn't take my children anywhere else."
