"At first, I thought Tommy was being extremely helpful. My phone was broken and I had had it for 6-7 years. He said no problem, we can just give you a new phone for free. I was supposed to be paying $50 a month for unlimited data and text messages. Well, he lied. I got my bill and it was over $200. He had signed me up for every single possible thing he could. From insurance to monthly upgrades. And even the most expensive data plan instead of the deal. It took me 3 months to get it sorted out. I ended up having to talk to AT&T's head office. And to top it all off, he locked me into a 3 year contract where I am paying $1,100 for a phone that was used and outdated when I got it. He said the used phone was free. Yet, I am paying an insane price for a phone that was two series out if date when I got it. Scratches and all. Tommy is worse than any used car salesman I ever met."

You need more people like him, because he truly knows his job and is very kind and patient. I will definitely be doing business with AT&T Ashtabula Store again."
