"I was highly disappointed. I ordered 6 classic roast beef and I like the beef shredded very thin. I was told the roast beef comes in already sliced. My neice works at Arby's so I know this was untrue. I left without ordering anything at all. I'm not understanding why the time cannot be taken to slice the roast beef super thin when requested. Madison Arby's had no problem at all doing this for my family. It's sad I had to drive from Ashtabula to Madison just to get amazing service. They also confirmed the roast beef does not come pre sliced. What is happening to making a customer happy in Ashtabula?"
