"I don’t think CVS can do anything to improve the pharmacy at this location. Staff was very helpful. My prescription was originally sent to CVS Conneaut but closed at 6pm so I was unable to pick it up… the problem with that is we were leaving at 3am to go to the airport the next morning and I really needed this prescription. I called the Ashtabula pharmacy which was still open until 9pm and they were extremely helpful and filled my prescription and had it ready within 20 minutes."

"Travis the pharmacist just lost CVS business, he is rude ! he said, "You can have your prescription transferred to a different pharmacy, I said I am not going to change my brand of my medicine because of one rude pharmacist; He then said "Well I am the also the Manager" I said good for you. Travis has no tact what so ever, he is really impressed with himself; he looks like he just got out of pharmacy school last week. I then called around and found the same brand medicine from a different pharmacy; had them call and do a transfer; thank god I will never have to deal with that kid again."
