"My husband bought a pair of redwing work boots last week that were recommended by the staff. After less than 7 hours of wear, they got a hole in the sole of them. He reached out to Kuebler and they would only offer to have them re-soled for $100 charge! They should have refunded our money without question. Horrible customer service! My husbands asphalt crew will no longer be shopping there. We got better service and a lower cost at Rural King in Tiffin. Do NOT recommend!"
"When looking for my sons first pair of shoes my parents recommended Keubler and we were not disappointed. The ladies in there really helped my husband and myself pick out our sons first pair of shoes. They were so sweet and so patient with him! They made the experience one that I will remember. On top of that they helped my husband find a pair of shoes to better help him and they are really working out!! Yes the shoes are a bit pricey but worth every penny!"
