Sidelines I - Lambertville

"We came here with a group of 8 people and we were seated right away and it did not seem busy at all. Service was super slow and it seemed like she was actively avoiding us. Took her about half an hour to take our order and another hour to get our food. Half the table got either chicken chunks or wings and everyone complained that the chicken was really dry. The other half of our party had no complaints on their food. This used to be one of our local restaurants that we went to on a regular basis but lately the food is overcooked and the service slow and rude. We won't be back."

"Chicken chunks and burgers. They do both extremely well. The atmosphere is really good at the bar. The staff is super friendly and the prices are very reasonable. We go there a few times a month and have yet to have a bad experience. If you do happen to have a problem, they're very quick to fix it."

"I will say I normally go to the Telegraph Sidelines. But we were on that side of town. I got the Saturday special. I turned back my entire plate because the wings were terrible, I think they might precook them for the special or something. They were gross, tasted old. The fries were room temperature and hard. The ribs were actually good! But it wasn't worth the hassle of getting new wings and fries. I didn't want anything else. You would think the manager would want to check in when a guest turns back their entire plate without ordering something else but no one checked on us. Paid our tab and left. I'll go back to my normal "garbage balls" next time. Service was good, I could tell our waitress was new so I didn't want to go "full Karen" on her. Still giving 4 stars because service was good, my boyfriend enjoyed his meatball grinder, and all the times I've eaten at Telegraph the food has been on point."

"Stopped here with a few others to grab a bite. Ordered some street tacos which ended up being really good! My only complaint was maybe it had just a little too much sauce, but the sauce was good too. Service was great, we were quickly seated and served. Prices were good too, great place to stop by for good food."

"I'm from Colorado visiting family and they recommended Sidelines for dinner. First appearances are that this is a busy small town favorite. Very friendly service with plenty of TV's for watching your favorite sports. A refreshing variety of unique and creative menu items that only a local restaurant can offer. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are generous. My side salad was fresh and delicious and my Patty Melt was excellent! Plenty of seating inside or at the bar and lots of patio seating as well. I'll definitely be visiting Sidelines again before heading back home. Keep up the great work!"
