"disappointing experience shopping with my niece for her first pair of heels for her first homecoming. 2 young ladies that were working the evening of 10-3 (they covered name tags during checkout) were very unpleasant. no greeting, no help offered and instead complained about boxes being left out as we were in the middle of trying on different pairs . I typically do not write reviews as I don’t care much when people are unpleasant and just go about my day but given that my nieces first experience with this event was supposed to be fun and special but cut short due to staff embarrassing her and making her feel like a problem was very unfortunate."
"This was an ok shoe store. A lot of the shoes I liked weren't available in my size or a lot of sizes really. So it was really limiting. Prices were a lot higher than the Shoe Department. Staff was nice though no one asked if I needed anything."
"Great with helping you finding the right fit for you and/or your children. Friendly staff there ready at hand. Best known for having the newest styles and best brand name footwear! I won't shop for shoes anywhere else. Sales for every Season! They will even email you with the newest deals, discounts, and etc.."
