"TRASH!!! You had one job and that was to make the exact pizza right that I ordered. Ordered extra garlic butter and parmesan for the crust. Instead, got the driest pizza and cheesy bread ever, hardly any cheese on it at that! Who has $25 to just give away?! Not I! Manager wanted to give $6 off on the next order. Who said I wanted to even order anything from you again?! This was already my 3rd time in a row that was not up to par. NOT! I had to feed this trash to my grandchildren due to it being too late for me to cook. So much for Marco's coming through in this situation. Maybe if they focused on doing the actual orders instead of having such a good time while working, which I've witnessed picking up food prior, maybe we can get our overpriced orders right. Never again!"

"I've ordered from this location for 10 years never had a problem. Until tonight. Ordered our usual order and when it was delivered my pizza was completely missing the pepperoni on it and was under cooked. Called the store and was told I could have a $5 credit for next time for a $15 pizza that isnt edible. No offer to remake it or anything. Can't even eat it because the dough isn't cooked all the way and the veggies on it are crunchy. Sad to see this location go down hill and employees not caring about anything but rushing through orders to get out early. Whoever the girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and hung up on me after saving a $5 coupon under my phone number after she looked up my order."

"Efficient, Courteous, Clean, Tasty. I called and asked what the specials were, he politely answered my questions and assisted me with my order. When I arrived it was just being completed (right on time). The man at the counter looked at everything individually and compared it to the receipt to make sure the entire order was ready to go. I appreciate that they don't want you to leave and find out something wasn't in there. The pizza was perfect. This was my first time trying Marco's Buffalo style Hot Wings, I was impressed and I will order these again for sure. Tie this in with Marco's Pizza giving back to the community with school night and it's a win for sure."
