"Waited over an hour to be seen. Had to leave without being seen because I have other obligations and can’t spend all day waiting. Will likely not be back at this location. They staff said the slowest doctor works on Thursdays and mentioned to try Tuesday or Wednesday to be in and out in 20 minutes if I want to try again."

"The eye exam itself was great. The woman who checked me in and ran the initial eye check was very kind. The doctor herself was also very kind and explained everything thoroughly. The reason why I’m giving a 4 rather than a 5 was the glasses shopping experience. Most insurance covers frames up to $150. There were maybe 3 pairs of glasses in that budget. Most pairs were closer to $300. Maybe that’s the standard for offices these days, #inflation, but I ended up just taking my prescription to online vendors."
