"I use the app. to get points for free foods. But I like the chicken nuggets but go during the day it seems at night there cold n hard to chew. I always ask to drop fresh nuggets, I always wonder if they get upset."
"Don't go here unless you're prepared to wait 15+ minutes for your order when they have literally only one order. It's actually ridiculous. Then the staff get sassy with you when you ask if it's almost complete."
"Never have I made a review for a place. But I cannot fathom the possibility of having such a diverse level of customer service. First window, the guy spoke over me multiple times and got my order addition wrong. Only redeeming quality was the second window person who actually had a decent attitude"
"Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. It is deserving of “0” stars. I paid for my drive thru order & 45 minutes later still did not have my food. I went in to get a refund. My money was refunded however, she gave me the excuse of not enough staff. There were at least 6 people working but they didn’t seem to be working together. As I had been waiting, I had seen 2 different employees on their phones. There is nothing served at McDonald’s that takes 45 minutes to prepare. I could’ve sat down at a full service restaurant & been served quicker!"
"I paid for my order and both of my burgers had sauce on it. Before i could confirm my order, the cashier handing me my order gave me a burger with alittle sauce on it and the other was with no sauce. And my fried had no salt on em. This location sucks. I asked for water and the staff started calling me broke."
