"Dr. McCoy and his staff is amazing and so friendly. When I started going to him I barely had movement in my arm and hand and now I'm back to using my arm not 100% but close. Highly recommend him ."

"Have been dissatisfied for a long time/years, but felt I had few choices due to insurance. Have seen Dr. Findlay, Dr. Patel and Baez. None of them seem interested in taking any time to figure out any out any health issues...more like putting a band-aid on things and quickly sending you away. I felt like a number. If it is a clear, simple issue like something that needs antibiotics or a referral to a specialist, they set that up right away, but never will they look deeper or track any issues to prevent something from becoming serious. I would like to do things now to stop things from getting worse or figure out why something is happening in the first place, but they are not interested. They just do minor assessments, usually checking their computer to be sure they are following its direction, then tell me to call back if it doesn't go away. They do make very good use of MyChart and will send referrals promptly without an office visit. But, I hate to think about what it would be like if I ever become seriously ill."

"My wife had our second child at this location. The service was great, but the billing department are total morons. We did the prepay thing at their request. Then after the birth, the hospital tried to bill us for everything (essentially double billing). We had to inquire several times as to how the prepayment was applied only to be told we owe the full amount. Only when we requested an audit, did they finally apply the payments properly. We reviewed the documents to discover some had not yet been submitted to insurance. We indicated after everything had been run through insurance, we would pay the remaining balance. Once they did, we paid promptly. Then we get about $80 back for an over-payment, so we call to confirm what is going on and are told we are settled in full. A few months later, my wife starts receiving calls from a debt collector for an unpaid balance. When calling the hospital, they deny sending it to collections but say we now owe more than $500. We requested another audit. After about a month and a half, we finally receive the documents showing an unpaid amount of about $35 (Which we would unhappily pay if we thought it might go away). They tell us we have to come in during their business hours (which are only during hours we are at work, so we'd have to take off). And now we're getting more collection letters. Our only recourse is to share our experience to warn others to avoid Trihealth hospitals. Update: After an additional call to the billing department, they are continuing give us the run around. Unfortunately our only recourse is to share our experience on every social media site. I recommend finding another healthcare provider. I am aggravated at their tactic of trying to make my wife feel like an idiot in trying to collect. (Admittedly, I lost temper on the phone when they insisted she screwed up. My wife has been trying to resolve this with them for over a year and has asked for all accounts when asking for audits. Rita, the billing lady, probably didn't deserve the harsh language, but we are fed up with their continued incompetence.) We have even offered to come in if we can meet an administrator to try and resolve this, but they will not give us an appointment. Our lesson learned in dealing with this hospital is to never pre-pay anything. Wait until AFTER it has been billed to insurance to avoid a lot of these headaches."
