"I had purchased ugg boot slips full price ($50) and a pair of Steve madden boots on sale ($100) from here. I wasnt told until AFTER my transaction was completed and my purchase was made that all sale (not clearence) items were non returnable. I had asked for a womens size 9 in the covers. The employee sold me a size 6-8 which are too small for my uggs. I didnt realize this until i had put them on my uggs and tried to wear them around for a little bit. They were pulling off of the shoe from being the wrong size. So i took them off and attempted to return them the next day and was denied a return. The policy says refunds/exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Everything about this has been extremely shady and in false advertising to me. Im so disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience with this retailer and will never be shopping here again. UPDATE - the same guy, Manish, ended up at my work. He recognized me and said to me “youre the girl that got pi — ed off about the shoes.” As if he wanted to assert his dominance or start some kind of argument with me at my own place of work. Going to even further show the extreme lack of professionalism and human decency in general."

"Poor customer service from the owner. Bought my daughter a pair of shoes for a Christmas gift. They didn't fit so want to return and they won't allow it. Said we only had 14 days which it does say on the bottom of receipt, wish we were told at time of purchase. But come on it was bought in advance for Christmas. Beware so you don't get screwed."

"Stopped in just to look today while waiting for our Cheesecake factory order at the Greene. This is really a great store. It is a little pricey but the shoes are quality made and last. They had a 50% sale on Frye shoes and boots today which is totally unheard of. The owner and staff are extremely nice everytime we stop in. I'm a bargain shopper but love to find things that are unique. This store caters to the upscale and always offers unique and special quality items. I love their customized Uggs. I highly recommend."
