"I'm not impressed with the younger employees. They are more interested in standing around talking than helping the customers. As far as the shoes, they have nice stuff ! I'm not spending my money at a store I'm not getting good service, so I went to Champs and got great service and everything I came for at their store. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ERIC AT CHAMPS ! This was at the Fairfield Commons !"
"Lack of customer service from staff at this location. This was my second time coming to this store in a couple of weeks. There were three Staff members talking to each other for a few minutes There was one young lady looking at her phone before closing. For almost 20 mins, they ignored my granddaughter and me, a man looking at items and a family came in for a quick look. I definitely won't return to this location. I actually saw a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase."
"Had a decent experience at this Foot Locker location in the mall. They have a good variety of Men and Women’s shoes as well as some clothes as well. The only thing is that stores like this, and this one in particular, the employees seem to nag you when you walk in. It’s their job, but it can be a little much. Tip: check their online store before coming into the store to save some time."
"Nice foot locker store with good Nike shoes and their prices are cheap as well... but the problem is that they don’t have a good variety in shoes and specifically the type of shoes I was looking for... anyway they have a good staff and helpful and you can take a look and see if you re interested in something..."
