Ruth's Chris Steak House

"This is usually a fantastic dining experience so my wife and I decided it would be the perfect Valentines night out. We made our reservation a couple months ago and requested a window table and mentioned that this was to celebrate Valentine's Day. Our reservation was for 5:30pm and we arrived about 5 minutes early. They asked us to wait and they would get to us in just a minute. We were finally seated 10 minutes after our reservation time and were told they were trying to get us our window seat. They sat us in an area with 2 open window tables and we were told we couldn't have them. These same 2 tables at the windows were the very next tables sat. At this point my wife is very upset but I tried to shrug it off as it just is was it is. The server came and took our drink order and mentioned that he wasn't sure if we were his table or not but wanted to get us started(cool). However it was 15-20 minutes after that before he actually came over to start waiting on us. At this point we already knew what we wanted so we ordered an appetizer to start and put our dinner order in as well. I'm not sure how long we waited but it had to be awhile as we went through 2 loaves of bread before our dinner came out. Yes, our dinner came out before our appetizer! We told them to just take it off the bill as we obviously didn't need it anymore. They brought it out anyway although they did comp it for us. We ordered 2 desserts and waited what seemed like an absurd amount of time for those also. At this point multiple tables that had been sat after us were paying and leaving. We finally got our desserts and finished eating. In closing let me just say this, the food was absolutely delicious however it just felt like we weren't welcome the entire time we were there. They really made my wife and I feel like 2nd class customers. They made what was supposed to be a special Valentine's Day meal turn into an absolute nightmare. We felt like we could not leave soon enough. At this point it will probably be a long time before we come back to this location again. Very disappointed!"

"FIRST REVIEW: For it To be my first time, it was not as pleasing. But the manager did compensate for it, I truly appreciate that. The stuffed chicken was good but gave off a fishy flavor from the stuffing. I never did get my baked potato but like I said the manager was so helpful and pleasing. Also, Honey, the pomegranate martini is it. SECOND REVIEW: I went back on new years eve. And let me tell you they out did them selves for sure. To the Raspberry Martin, to my boyfriend crab cakes was so good. My stuffed chicken Breast was beyond my expectations this time thank you."

"Food was decent enough. Mac and cheese tasted extremely burnt all though it didn’t look burnt. The potatoes in the cheese potatoes could have been a little more tender. The meat however was good. Wine was also very tastefully the moscato California and the pino California I think it was called."

"Finding where to park is a nightmare. The atmosphere was okay. The Staff was nice and the food was decent. It's worth to at least experience once. Our waiter Mario was very attentive and once he knew we where celebrating our anniversary he was wonderful!"

"I don’t generally go to Ruth’s Chris but their champagne dinners are amazing! Excellent champagne and a good selection of food pairing. All the food for the dinners are off menu. Highly recommend for a fun night out with friends"
