"I haven’t shopped journeys in a while, but had a birthday coupon and wanted to get my daughter a pair for her birthday. I accidentally went into Journey Kidz and Michael was very sweet in trying to help me before I realized my mistake. I went two doors down to normal Journeys and worked with Ron. Both men were friendly, smiling, laughing. It was a super pleasant experience. I was rather shocked to read negative reviews on here. Thanks guys for doing your job, but also having personality :)"
"No sizes for anything, the only employee on the floor (saw at least two others) that was helping people jumped around and did not care who was waiting longer. Just stood in the store for 15 mins to be told they don't have any of the three things I was looking for in the correct sizes. I was gonna get a hat and a bag but I didn't want to stand for another 15 mins while she helped people that just walked in. So disappointing."
"Yes my wife went up there to return some shoes a day after she purchased them because she had a change of heart and wanted to actually exchange them for another pair but the manager Chris there was so rude, when she enters she did not get graded and stood around for 10 minutes and did not get approached by him when he was the one in there that was ahead of the store, you would think that he would take that into consideration to greet someone. He would not take back the shoes and said that he would lose commission on them if he did do so. Really unhappy with this guy he needs to find a life other than journeys because it obviously isn’t working out for him and he Obviously has no experience with working with the public. We are seeking out for the owner to return for us."
