"Literally worst experience. Waited for over and hour just to get fitted, and there was only 1 other customer. At least 5 employees, 2 which purposely avoided us. The 2 people that finally fitted us for the suits were new and desperately needed assistance which they did not receive. When it came to picking up the suits, at no surprise they were the wrong size. Have been put through hell trying to get the right sizing since it is now right before the wedding. Calling multiple times for them to put us on hold and forget about us. Just went in store and they told us “oh ya the tailor didn’t show up so we can’t fix it”. Did not offer a solution until I told them to call other stores to see if they can complete it today. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE FOR YOUR WEDDING!"
