"My experience getting imaging done was pleasant and routine my issue rests with Billing. I paid my bill in full then called two weeks later to get a copy of my bill, for insurance reimbursement. The billing person said she couldn't email me a copy because of HIPPA. Then she said that it was the owner's policy that did not permit her to email me a copy of my bill because her email contained her name and a patient may stalk and kill her. HIPPA Compliance Regulation 45 C.F.R. § 164.530(c) of HIPPA's regulations states that a patient has the right to receive email communications that include their personal health information (PHI) if the patient asks for it. Dublin Physical Medicine could've gotten a 5-star rating be it not for the billing lady. I've never heard of a billing company who refuses to send a bill (that's already been paid) for fear of being stalked and murdered. The bill is paid. Can I have an emailed copy so that I can send a timely email request?"

"Dr Rossi has no bedside manner and is rude. Totally ignores patient’s questions when asked. I would never go back to this practice."

"Dr. Kerner is kind and transparent. Many people that come here probably are not expecting the treatment they get, and that makes it difficult for them to accept the diagnosis. I came expecting to need surgery and he told me that we likely could get away with just injections for several years. I admit that I was skeptical when he first told me that, but he was completely correct. While it may sound like he's trying to get you to have a treatment that is less invasive just to prolong the inevitable, that's just your ignorance. He's been nothing but kind, responsive, and effective. If this office can provide the treatment that is necessary for your condition, you're not going to find a better place in the area."

"I have been seeing Dr Kerner since he opened his practice. He is empathetic, kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. He is always willing to find a way to treat my knee problems as gently and thoroughly as possible. his front staff is great and his nurse is exceptional. I would give more stars if possible."

"Unfortunately, Dr. Rossi was the worst physician I've ever been to. He is extremely rude and hostile with patients. He speaks to patients in a cruel manner and treats them as if they are guilty of their conditions instead of seeking treatment. Dr. Rossi does not want to treat the actual condition but overprescribes heavy medications to patients. When asked to come up with a treatment plan other than heavy medications such as surgeries or therapies, he becomes angry and belittles the patient. He charges a fee to write letters to employers about a patient condition! Perhaps Dr. Rossi is very knowledgeable about diagnosing conditions, but he is annoyed and hostile when discussing treatments. If you are looking to have any kind of discussion with a doctor, do not seek treatment with Dr. Rossi. He does not wish to engage!"
