"I have purchased about 40,000 dollars worth of furniture at Arhaus and overall I have had a horrible experience with the delivery process, one of the pieces arrived with fingerprints all over it, months have passed and my daughter is still sleeping on the ground waiting for her bed, it took them more then 3 times to correctly assemble one of the beds I purchased, and when trying to contact arhaus to address the issues no one would answer. When purchasing such expensive and high quality pieces of furniture one would expect good and professional service. 10/10 would not recommend"
