"I had never been to the dermatologist before and quite frankly, I have a ridiculous fear of doctors. However, all the staff was so welcoming and accommodating when I went in for my first visit. I felt cared about here. Thanks to them I had immediate relief from my eczema and I was able to finally have a peaceful sleep. Everything was explained to me in a way that helped me understand how to better take care of my skin. Definitely would come back again to see Kiley. I cannot say thanks enough for providing relief to my mind and body :)"
"My husband was a patient for a bump on his face. A medication was ordered which helped the situation. On his follow up visit, he was with the doctor for five minutes. When he went to check out, they said he was set to leave. They never asked for the copay, like they did his first visit. Six months later he received a bill for the copay. When I called the office to asked why they didn't collect the copay, I was told that she didn't know why, but it's owed. Such a shady way to do business. Will not return or refer anyone to your practice."
