"Depending on when you go to this location it can be packed. Even when the line is wrapped through the parking lot, I can usually get through the drive thru in a decent amount of time. They never give me the total at the ordering speaker and the interior/exterior could be setup better and look nicer. I have to say that the staff is always so nice. The food and coffee are ok, we just go there for the donuts for my kids. I think that overall Panera has better quality baked goods."
"Very slow in the drive thru. 20 plus minutes before I even made it to the window. Didn't get my total at the speaker, never do. And the person taking my order was unpleasant and didn't want to even acknowledge that she heard part of my order. This is not a one time thing. Happens every time."
"When there are 5/6 people on the floor including 2 managers and one being the store manager. Your drive thru should NOT be so slow. Actually care about service times while yall are asking for tips."
"I love their coffee but this location is always slow and low on help. Ordered 2 coffees around 11:15 this morning. Paid cash. Waited 15 minutes. Inquired about it and was told “oh the ticket don’t print. What was your order?” Left without coffee and my $5 back because I am sure asking for my money back would have taken another half hour. Too bad - they have a good product but help is always slow and getting in and out of their parking area is a major hassle"
"I come to this location often I even have your rewards app. I spend quite a bit here. This time I order I do a mobile order. I don't look the best because I'm not feeling well so I wait out side. The girls in the back getting orders ready. Keep glaring at me looks like they are snickering and laughing. I really don't appreciate them making me feel worse than what I already do. I'll just go to sto-nut donut from now on. Terrible guest service."
