"Got one drink at the bar and chips and queso. Chips tasted stale and unenjoyable. Took 25 minutes before I saw the bartender again and then was told she couldn’t make a drink I just got here last Tuesday so I don’t understand why other bartenders at this same Applebees are serving it. I always tip my bill and couldn’t bring myself to do it for poor food and service with no business to excuse it. Will not be coming back and disappointed i wasted 35 minutes of my night on this experience."
"I ordered a hamburger from Kent rd location and I asked for the burger to be well done. I got burger that was raw. Slightly brown on both sides but raw in the middle. Killed my burger experience to where I don’t want to eat a burger for a long time and especially for Applebee’s. Get a cook that can follow cooking instructions."
"It was Christmas Eve evening and I was with a group of 6 people. I think they were short staffed of both servers and in the kitchen. At least 3 of our orders came out of the kichen incorrect, and I know our server took our orders correctly. My husband's mashed potatoes, which were brought out to replace the french fries that he didn't order, were cold. My steak was quite rarer than the medium rare that I ordered, but I figured they would cook it less than I ordered it, and I actually wanted it rare, so it worked out."
"My wife and I visited along 6pm on Tuesday night. Not busy. We were seated immediately. I ordered from the 2 for $30 menu. Spinach & artichoke dip, Caribbean chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes & broccoli, and 8oz top sirloin with fries. The food was savory and delicious. My wife got the whiskey bourbon cheeseburger with fries. The waitress was great. Attentive and friendly. Overall, a great experience."
"I left a 1-star review before because we were not treated well at that time. I later visited several times and was served good. Now I change it to 5-star because I felt very comfortable with the service and food tonight. The waitress was very nice and professional. I hope Applebee's will keep this way of doing business, treating every customer patiently and equally. By the way, Applebee's dishes are always among the best."
