"Just want to give a shout out to the gentleman that was working Tuesday 12/26 at around noon working the bar , you sir deserved the tip I had personally given to you , I hope that you had kept that for yourself for the fact that I rarely see that kind of hustle, focus, and workmanship in any establishment. Starbucks needs to promote you quick , you have serious potential for leadership with the skills you possess and I hope that is recognized. Thankyou for the quality service you provided!"
"This location was very busy however seemed to have a lot of staff and was working well to get orders out. My friend and I had both ordered a drink and was never asked for a name, I thought they would say the name of the drink like some places do, however, they had put a random name on both of our orders and we waited 20 minutes to find out they put them up for someone else and only calling the names that were not ours. The drink I ordered unfortunately wasn’t correct either."
"As I was waiting for a drink there were cups for sale so I took one up to the counter that I’ve been wanting and it rings up as full price so the girl goes and checks and says only certain ones are on sale but all these cups are by the sales sign so she gave me 20% off And when she rang me up, I said that’s fine. I will take it. She got attitude walked away, put the cut back and went back to serving the drive-through. I sat there for five minutes. Nobody else helped me. All I wanted was a cup."
"No seating at all at this location and very small inside. I waited almost a half an hour for my drink and many people around me were also waiting for a very long time. My order was correct and tasted fine but the atmosphere wasn’t really doing anything for me and the wait was awful. The parking lot was also a pain to get into and parking was nearly impossible."
