"If I could rate this establishment zero stars I would. The management here is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. They expect sick employees to still come in and work (mind you these employees are making your drinks and food). Then even if the employee does go to the doctor, they will still write them up! My daughter has muscular dystrophy and got diagnosed with Influenza B. When she messaged the manager to let them know she is still experiencing extreme weakness she was told it would be.a write up due to short notice. Absolutely ridiculous!"
"Love Dunkin! The food is great and the so are the drinks. The only issue I have with this location is that if you go to the drive-through sometimes you will just sit at the speaker, and no greets you at all. No we’ll be right with you - nothing. And if you order mobile you will take more time waiting for your order when you go to pick it up."
"Always blocking traffic, hit or miss on how quickly the line moves. Ive waited over 15 minutes for black coffee many times, BUT this place is close to my house and the coffee is generally always good. Also they ask or promote tipping. This is a straight service spot, no tipping should be involved here. Not cool. Ive worked jobs like this on and off many years when younger and there are times and places to tip people, getting a coffee thru a long line at a drivethru should not be a tippable situation."
"This is absolutely the best Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is always delicious and fresh tasting. Service is great with a friendly staff. I now wait 30 minutes into my drive to work to get my coffee from this location. Keep up the great work!"
