"I've been to this Dunkin' a few times. The poor girl at the front counter is always up there by herself with no help. She is always polite and apologizes for the wait. This morning it sounded like there was a party going on in the back. There was loud laughing that could be heard through the store and the lobby had quite a few people in there waiting for their orders. It would nice if they could get some help up front and less partying in the back."

"Friendly reminder to tell the teenagers in the back to keep their opinions to themselves. Or tell them to make sure their mic is off before they start gossiping about the people ordering at the window. Whoever the girl on the mic around 11am 11-26-23 was dumb enough to let us hear her judgmental opinion."

"Staff were not friendly at all . They sound like their hate their job. The girl that pick up order thu drive . No thank you or greeting . Pretty much " what do u want ?" Like i am bother her. . There are only 1 car in front of me . So no they were not busy at that time . Window guy just said 6.67 and hand u order . No thank you or greeting or even a smile. Not friendly at all. I probably going to somewhere else next time . I don't need to treat like I am bugging for donut..... staffs are rude ...... Visited on 11/25 at 4.30pm Also make sure you ask for napkin with your donut bc I don't don't get any withmy donut Won't be return this store"

"Been coming here for a while! Past few times there’s been a rude girl on register who will basically reprimand ME bc they are out of something i ordered online. I’ve never been rude in return nor have given any problems, but she is just nasty from the get go. I believe her name was Kaitlyn, also heard her being rude to other customers who were just trying to get food, some of which were children. Not okay."

"So disappointed. We got two Boston Creme donuts and neither had any creme inside. They didn't even have a hole where they would have filled them up. Unfortunately, we were already home when we figured it out, or we would have asked for our money back. **Update: I thought we would try again, just to give them a second chance, but I am not sure that was a good idea. We ordered 5 donuts: 1vanilla creme, 2 Boston cremes, and 2 chocolate iced donuts. The 2 iced donuts that we got were not even the same (see photo), and the amount of icing on all of them was different. Consistency should not be different by that much. We will not be going back to this facility again."
