"We came in to make an order, rung the bell, and was ignored. I get it they were busy, but the only guy working there at the time, an older gentleman was on his phone talking to somebody while working. I said something a few times to get anyone's attention and nope. Needless to say we left and will not return."

"I have been trying mobile ordering sense school started for my kids . I thought it would be fast . Order ,pick time and go in and get it . No they never have it ready . They can be slow or busy and still my order isn’t ready . Asked today after waiting and being ignored by the employees if someone was making my coffee and getting the rest of the order and they finally made it. The hash browns were ready sitting in the counter when I came in so by the time the rest was ready they were cold .I asked why when I place a order it isn’t ready . They said they do mobile orders last . That doesn’t make sense . Why have mobile ordering if you aren’t going to make sure customers have the order when they get there . Customers place mobile orders because they need it at that time . Also when a customer comes in your business and is standing there ask if you can help them with something don’t ignore them."
