"Horrible service! There were hardly any specialty donuts available and the person who took our order was rude. We ended up paying for our 2 coffees and 2 donuts and received 1 donut. When we asked about the rest of the order the person cashing us out said" I didn't take your order". We told her what we ordered and one of the donuts was not available. We asked her what donuts were available and she just looked at us. This is the second time we have visited they did not have donuts available. We will not be back ..it's too bad!"
"Overall not very clean. Employees on phone buds while I'm standing there, another in the office, tne one that was working had to get the others attention. Sadly this is the common experience in most corporate restaurants dining experiences along Mayfield Rd."

"No surprises here. There's something truly magical about walking into a Krispy Kreme, especially the one located on Mayfield Road. The sweet, intoxicating aroma of freshly baked donuts that's simply irresistible. Gotta grab a coffee too now! Krispy Kreme has a huge variety of donuts. I find it hard to not just buy 12 and weep the rest of the day. Each one is a perfect balance of light, fluffy dough and sweet, flavorful glaze. Whether you're a fan of the traditional glazed donut or prefer something filled or topped with sprinkles, you're in for a treat. The donuts are always fresh, and the taste is consistently excellent, making every visit a delightful experience. And you know those delightful experienced will be far too often for me..."
"Krispy Kreme is the spot to satisfy that urge of your sweetooth for sure. This is my 3rd visit to this location that was better than the other two times I entered here You're greeted by staff when you first enter, and they gave me a fresh donut now that's great customer service. Wow, plus the selection they had to choose from was to my liking for sure. Oh yeah, and the hot sign was on as well"
