"I’d ordered breakfast. On my bagel sandwich I got a huge chunk of avocado that a human can’t eat and digest. I cash with more than generous tip."
"Love Panera but not this one. The kiosk programming is so unfriendly and inefficient. Guests all standing there trying to help one another. Then guests have to fill their own order in a small L-shaped area bumping into one another. Coffee cups are in the middle instead of the beginning so once again inefficient with guests crossing over one another. Coffee and food are great"
"This location was inside of Cleveland clinic Hillcrest hospital. The service was not great a lot of fooling around with the employees...talking loud. Just not as professional as they should have been. Its unfortunate because my Chicken and Rice soup with a side of bread was very good. I would have just wanted to see and hear more professionalism. Lastly, my meal was expensive($10.00) but very tasty."
