"There’s always like 5 people standing around behind the counter, yet they consistently get my drink order wrong even when I order straight off the menu with no customizations. It’s probably because this location in the Convention Center is staffed by Levy Restaurants employees and not Starbucks employees with actual training. It’s really too bad Covid took away the superior Starbucks across the street in Key Tower."
"I work downtown and I am Latte specialist! Okay, that's not a thing but I drink a lot of lattes. If I stayed in any area for more than 3 hours then I've been to that Starbucks. Even in China I get green tea from Starbucks. This is by far the best and most friendliest crew I have ever seen. Whether you get Tara, Erika, Christina, Gretchen, Trey, or Richard service is always first-rate and your drink is delicious."
