"Some of the best coffee in Cleveland. Nice local coffee shop with great coffee. Nice large area with plenty of seating, and normally not too busy. There is also a case with different food and pastries, half made in house and some from outside. One of the best places to go if you want real coffee drinks with the local coffee house vibe."
"Phoenix Coffee Co. in downtown Cleveland is not only a fantastic spot for a warm and cozy cup of coffee, but it is also an employee-owned cooperative coffee company. Gotta say that is unique around here! The ambiance is inviting, with dim lighting, comfortable seating, and rustic decor. A solid 4.8/5 there! The staff are friendly and more than happy to explain menu items. And finally - drumroll - the coffee itself was bold and flavorful with a smooth finish. At on the cappuccino was done well too, for those who like stellar 'gram moments."
"The barista here was such a doll! I travel for a living and she gave us great recommendations for things to do in Cleveland. On top of that, they also have gluten free and vegan baked goods! I got a tahini marshmallow cookie (gf/vegan), and they also offer a gf/vegan chocolate oat cookie and a gluten free lemon blueberry muffin (not vegan). It's unfortunate there isn't an option for dine in right now, it's a very cute place too. The gingerbread latte I got was very nice as well. Good to know this is a local chain, I will certainly be back!"
