"I always get their Chestnut Praline Latte and it it so DIEE 4!! The servers are always quick and nice even though they might be busy.. They do have their moment where they like to chit chat instead of assist but other than that its great! I just dont like how they got rid of seating on the inside."

"Update: The last time I've been there they've taken the rotten food out the display, finally. Update: some baristas are different I don’t know what to say about them but sometimes you would prefer professionalism over whatever they are adopting. The food in display is disgustingly rotten; thank god they get the food packaged and they don’t cook it themselves. Old review: A very good Starbucks location. It is usually crowded and hard to find a free table at. Very nice baristas; there is the loud one and the kind-of-crazy one but they are all nice people. They are the nicest people I've seen in Cleveland. Music is unusual for Starbucks, not always the quiet music you would expect from Starbucks."
