Rising Star Coffee Roasters is a cozy cafe located at 710 Jefferson Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. We are passionate about bringing you the finest coffee beans from around the world, with a special focus on our collaboration with Yuki, a renowned coffee producer from Brazil.
Last Fall, our team traveled to Brazil to select the perfect beans for our new Yuki Project. After days of cupping and discussions, we chose three exceptional coffees to be a part of this year's project. These beans are freshly roasted with love by our team and delivered straight to your door.
At Rising Star Coffee Roasters, we offer one and two pound subscriptions so you can enjoy our delicious coffee as often as you like. Come visit us and experience the unique flavors of our Yuki Project, crafted with care and dedication.

I got a lavender latte and my wife got an iced mocha, both with oat milk and both very satisfying. Love the fireplace and chill seating, great place to hang out and socialize or get work done. Ohio definitely needs more places like this! Highly recommend for your fancy latte fix!"
