"staff needs the re-vamped, made a few attempts to give this location a second chance and still disappoints me. Which sucks because its on my way to work, simply can't enjoy my coffee because the customer service isn't worth starting my day on the wrong foot. Lose the attitude!!!"
"I went through the drive thru this morning as there was only one other car in line (unheard of for a Mon morning, but it's a holiday week, so makes sense). I ordered food and a med coffee. The gentleman working the drive thru window did not speak to me once.. he was not talking on a headset, to another employee or anything.. just blank stare and dead air. The hot coffee I received was luke warm at best and only filled about 2/3 of the cup. When I pulled up, there was a small coffee sitting on the counter. My best guess is this old small coffee was poured into a Med cup and served to me. Do not recommend."
"Drive through service is slow to a silly degree all three times I've tried here (5 - 10 minutes per car). The most recent time I tried going in to the Cafe to order and it was no faster (pretty empty inside too). They must be consistently understaffed to a horrendous degree - employe in the cafe seemed really rushed and the person who took my order seemed pretty unhappy."
"I went to this location since it opened but there have been a few times now that my concerns have not been taken care of. I ordered a coffee with my favorite flavor Butter Pecan, which I've ordered every year when I go to dunkin, but it tasted like nothing but sugar. I did not say anything to dunkin cause I was at work. Today I went again to get a large coffee with Butter Pecan flavor and again, tasted like regular sugar, no flavor. I spoke to the Manager and she went straight to defend her cashier and said the drink smelled like Butter Pecan...no it did not. The replacement coffee tasted like plain sugar!!! The manager just said she drinks Butter Pecan there and she has no problem. My sandwich was also burned. I will not return to this location, as they show no concern for the customer. Not a good experience at all. I'll stick with Starbucks and go to another Dunkin location."
